The Role
The role involves acting as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers, providing information and guidance by offering expert knowledge in social media marketing business support.
- Evaluate social media advertisement analytics and make inbound and outbound calls to advertisers regarding their advertisements and budgets.
- Bring the wishes of the customer into experience and involve in the successful implementation of sales funnel strategies.
- Detect trends and undesirable developments at an early stage and apply ideas to a powerful advertising campaign.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include successful calls (average 24 minutes), successful implementation of marketing strategies as per desired quotas, attendance, and pitch rate (number of successful implementations of different campaigns).
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in marketing communications or telesales within the professional services industry.
- Experience within the industry is a strong advantage.
- The candidate has working knowledge of Dutch.
- They possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- They pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of a high standard.
- They are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- Fluency in German or Dutch (C1) is required.
- A good command of the English language (B2) is also required.
