Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding advertisers on optimizing their campaigns, utilizing data analytics to evaluate ad performance, and collaborating on powerful advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert knowledge and consultation to advertisers in social media marketing.
- Evaluate advertisement analytics and share insights with clients.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls regarding ads, budget adjustments, and optimization.
- Help customers design and implement successful sales funnel strategies.
- Detect trends early and suggest strategies to capitalize on them.
- KPIs: Maintain a high level of performance by achieving successful calls, meeting quotas, and demonstrating strong attendance.
We offer a comprehensive training program that includes 4 weeks of training and nesting. During this time, you will shadow experienced colleagues, receive hands-on coaching, and complete the Meta Blueprint Certification Course in digital marketing.
What We Offer- Salary: 33,000 EUR gross per year (2,750 gross per month).
