Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Lead für unser Customer Enablement-Team, der unsere Mitarbeiter:innen im Bereich Customer Enablement leitet und die Leistung und Ziele der Abteilung erreichen möchte.
Hauptraufgaben:- Überwachung der Qualitäts- und Mengenziele der Mitarbeiter:innen in der Abteilung
- Steigerung der Produktivität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Entwicklung des Personals durch Beratung, Festlegung und Monitoring individueller Ziele
- Verbesserung von abteilungsinternen Prozessen
- Erste Erfahrungen im Führen und Koordinieren eines Teams
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und Leidenschaft für ein schnell wachsendes, dynamisches Umfeld
- Ergebnisorientierung und proaktive Ideen und Lösungen
- Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Arbeite in Deutschlands erstem grünen Unicorn und gestalte aktiv die solare Energiewende mit
