Wir suchen eine/n Grundsatzsachbearbeiter/in Finanzcontrolling (m/w/d) für unsere Abteilung Controlling.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortliche Mitwirkung an der Ausgestaltung und Entwicklung des universitären Finanz-, Personal- und Personalkostencontrollings
  • Weiterentwicklung der operativen Personalmittelplanung im Rahmen des universitären Planungs- und Steuerungssystems
  • Weiterentwicklung der Steuerungsinstrumente und Analyse-Tools
  • Beratung der Organisationseinheiten der Hochschule in der Steuerung und Bewirtschaftung zugewiesener Personalbudgets und in Bezug auf haushaltsrechtliche Fragen
  • Gestaltung und Entwicklung des universitären Finanzcontrollings zur Bewirtschaftung der Stiftungsmittel der Universität
  • Entwicklungsprozesse zu neuen Berichten und Berichtsformaten im Finanz- und Personalcontrolling
  • Entwicklung geeigneter qualitativer und quantitativer Parameter für das universitäre Indikatoren- und Kennzahlen-Set
Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium/Fachhochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, vorzugsweise mit den Schwerpunkten Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Personalcontrolling
  • Ausgewiesene betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse mit mehrjähriger praktischer Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Personalcontrolling, in der operativen Planung und Steuerung sowie in der Entwicklung und Analyse von Kennzahlen/Kennzahlensystemen sowie der Erstellung DV-gestützter Berichte und Analysen
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der SAP R/3-Software in den Modulen PSM-FM, FI, CO und HCM sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse zu Data-Warehouse-Lösungen
