Job Description


In the context of our expansion of mobility services in Germany, we are seeking an engaged sales team. The goal is to significantly expand our taxi business in over 20 German cities by the end of 2024.

As a sales representative in the field, you will act as a direct representative of Uber to taxi and rental car companies. Your main task is to convince these companies of our value proposition and win them over as partners.


Your Responsibilities


  • Active acquisition and establishment of business relationships with taxi and rental car companies.
  • Act as a mediator between Uber and transportation companies to offer customized solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and information sessions to explain our offer.
  • Participation in outbound call campaigns to expand our network.
  • Management of interactions with existing and potential partner companies to understand their needs and goals.
  • Supporting companies in integrating into the Uber platform.
  • Collaboration with operations teams to receive feedback and report on progress.
  • Development and use of scalable acquisition strategies that can be applied in various cities.
  • Maintenance of strategic partnerships with third parties.


Your Profile


  • Highly self-motivated and autonomous.
  • Practical and action-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasion abilities.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced work environments.
  • Very good English and German language skills.
  • Sales experience, preferably in the transportation or B2B sector.
  • Knowledge of the PHV or taxi industry is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (25%).
  • Residence in Berlin.
