Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting specific personas within the Global biotech and pharmaceutical industry, working closely with our Client Engagement Specialists to identify and qualify potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet/exceed Sales Assigned and Sales Qualified Lead goals on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Document all activities, including phone and email outreach
  • Qualify prospects to the correct agreed-upon criteria with the sales organization
  • Host Hand-off calls with prospects and the client engagement team
  • Develop and maintain superior relationships with prospects and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a science-related discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience as a lead generation representative in the pharmaceutical industry, with specific knowledge of health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, and access
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
