Job Summary

Zoho Corporation B.V. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team in Essen, Germany. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house service to our employees, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process, including IT equipment setup and welcome packages.
  • Coordinate with regional HR to support general office administration duties, such as facility management and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other office requirements.
  • Manage facility services, including mail, couriers, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to all departments and employees, including Sales, Marketing, Support, HR, and IT.
  • Organize periodic team events and contribute to a positive and inclusive office culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • A flexible mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
