We are seeking a Business Development Executive in the B2B sector to aid in our company's growth alongside our sales team.

Your Role:

Approximately 80% of your responsibilities will involve core business development tasks and generating new leads. This includes:

  • Identifying potential high-quality clients and pre-qualifying individuals and organizations.
  • Engaging with prospective clients through various communication channels to promote our offerings.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to refine and enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Overseeing and optimizing automated email outreach campaigns.
  • Researching potential strategic alliances and initiating partnerships.
  • Exploring innovative methods to expand our market presence and refine our sales tactics.

About 10% of your responsibilities will involve educational initiatives, which may include:

  • Converting leads into sales and managing transactions ranging from EUR 2400 to 100,000+.
  • Acting as a point of contact for existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage additional purchases.
  • Creating effective phone/email/chat campaigns that exceed our average performance and fill our sales pipeline.
  • Streamlining processes to enhance and automate customer service.
  • Gaining proficiency in utilizing AI systems (both our own and external applications) effectively.

Another 10% of your role will involve collaborative tasks with other departments, such as:

  • Assisting clients in navigating our platform.
  • Conducting stability assessments for the platform and stress-testing new features or products.
  • Enhancing communication with our current clients and implementing customer success strategies.
  • Evaluating new content strategies and generating content for our digital channels.
