Überblick über die Aufgaben
Als Pension Manager bei Schaeffler sind Sie für die Verwaltung der relevanten Altersversorgungen und die Beratung von Mitarbeitenden, Pensionierten und Rentnern verantwortlich. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Die Verwaltung der relevanten Altersversorgungen und die Beratung von Mitarbeitenden, Pensionierten und Rentnern
- Datenaufbereitung und -lieferung für die Erstellung der Rückstellungsgutachten (für Betriebsrenten und Altersteilzeit) sowie für das Altersvorsorgeportal
- Die Übernahme administrativer Verantwortlichkeiten für Altersversorgungen, inklusive Anpassung an die jeweiligen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
- Die Abwicklung von Versorgungsausgleichsfällen
- Datenaufbereitung für die Erstellung der Jahreskontoauszüge der Betriebsrenten
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Behörden oder Wirtschaftsprüfenden im Rahmen der Überprüfung von Rückstellungen oder Rentenzahlungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Competence Centern zur fachlichen Klärung von Sachverhalten bezüglich Rentenansprüche oder -leistungen
- Die Überwachung der regelmäßigen und zeitgemäßen Auszahlung von Renten an alle Pensionierten und der Zahlung von Sozialversicherungsbeiträgen
- Sicherstellung von Datenaustausch und Verarbeitung abrechnungsrelevanter Daten in elektronischen Meldeverfahren
- Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung der bAV-Prozesse und Mitarbeit in Projekten
Ihr Profil
Wir suchen nach qualifizierten und erfahreneren Fachkräften, die über:
- Qualifizierte einschlägige Berufsausbildung verfügen
- Langjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge eines Industrieunternehmens sowie bei der Umsetzung betrieblicher Versorgungsordnungen haben
- Kenntnisse in Bezug auf das Betriebsrentengesetz, Einkommenssteuergesetz, Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie Versorgungsregelungen und Betriebsvereinbarungen besitzen
- Routinierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office und SAP HCM haben
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift besitzen
- Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit haben
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten Maß an Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft besitzen
