Senior Professional: HR Information Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support, testing, and quality assurance for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Assume primary responsibility for Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development, and deputise for other SF modules
- Manage interfaces and processing to improve quality
- Implement local and global projects
- Analyse and troubleshoot cross-module errors for individual SF modules
- Manage a tool-supported test and quality assurance system, including implementation of functional tests for changes and projects in SF and SAP HCM
- Support and represent the release manager for release updates
- Assist with the interface from SAP HCM (Business Integration Builder) to SuccessFactors, including support for HR Data Management
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements from the HR systems perspective
- Advise and support customers in optimising and digitalising global, end-to-end HR processes as a link between HR and IT, and external partners if necessary
- Support the creation of specialised concepts and completion of these, including technical aspects and support for HR demand management towards IT
- Develop legally compliant technical application descriptions/workbooks
- Conduct training courses for testers and users
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in technical support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including SF-Recruiting, Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development, Compensation/Variable Pay, and Onboarding
- Strong knowledge of HR processes
- Good project management skills (agile and waterfall) and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products and high IT affinity
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Professional and technical consulting expertise combined with structured, analytical problem-solving skills
