About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Sales Representative to join our team in the Baden-Württemberg region. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting our entire product and service portfolio in your assigned territory.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hydraulic industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
