About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team at Leonardo Hotels Cluster South. As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical facilities, maintenance of hotel equipment, and leading the technical team to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and control of technical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Maintenance and repair work in heating, plumbing, and electrical areas to prevent downtime and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring smooth operations related to technical facilities, including guest rooms and public areas
  • Maintenance and improvement of hotel equipment to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Leading the technical team to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise - Strong knowledge of technical systems, including heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Leadership Skills - Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team to achieve operational excellence
