Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager Europe to join our team at Esco. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to maintain and grow our brands in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness in Europe.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and P&Ls to ensure effective resource allocation and optimal return on investment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Product Managers, Sales, and Executive Teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to uncover trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and other relevant areas.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Organize and conduct end-user seminars, webinars, and product presentations across Europe.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and maintain promotional materials, including sales tools, marketing collateral, and website content.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate sales leads through effective marketing and develop website traffic to drive conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social network pages, including content creation, publishing, and engagement.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market analysis of Esco equipment in Europe and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Exhibition Planning and Management: Identify and develop new exhibition opportunities to showcase Esco products and services.
  • Marketing Asset Management: Work with Sales to ensure the capture and control of marketing photos and videos.
  • Project Management: Lead projects to achieve desired results, manage within budget, and demonstrate agility and a startup mindset.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Marketing Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in the lab equipment industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Solid experience in driving sales through effective marketing activities, proficiency in Microsoft and other multimedia software, excellent communication skills in English and German, and a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Travel and Work Environment: Approximately 10-15% domestic and international travel, with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
