Your Central Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for putting your knowledge of health insurance into practice. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing insurance-related standards and guidelines for performance management across our international health insurance companies.
  • Facilitating the implementation of best practices throughout the group and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in performance management, including provider and partner management, medical functions, file reviews, fraud detection, claims recovery, customer experience, and digital innovations.
  • Collaborating with business units to develop and apply advanced methods and technical capabilities in performance management, leveraging insights from expert groups of performance specialists.
  • Supporting business units in executing local optimization projects in performance management, driving improvement and efficiency.

    Your Profile:

    We are looking for a solution-oriented and flexible insurance expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:

    • An academic degree or a strong professional background in insurance or a related field.
    • Professional experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record and excellent references.
    • Expertise in performance management and analysis, with proficiency in relevant tools and methods.
    • The ability to develop, maintain, and analyze solutions for complex issues.
    • Familiarity with relevant issues surrounding performance management in international health insurance.
    • High-level personal motivation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
    • Excellent statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
    • Professional proficiency in English and ideally another European language.
    • A willingness to travel for business purposes and contribute to our dynamic and global team.
