Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Key Account Manager/Business Developer für unser Team in Deutschland. Als Teil unseres internationalen Geschäftsbereichs werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für unsere Kunden spielen.

Hauptraumfelder
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Sie werden Teil eines global vernetzten Teams von etwa 4300 Kolleginnen und Kollegen und werden sich mit unseren internationalen Partnern und Kunden austauschen.
  • Umsatzentwicklung: Sie werden sich auf die Steigerung des Umsatzes für Video Systems und Solutions konzentrieren und dabei den Share of Wallet erhöhen.
  • Strategieentwicklung: Sie werden Strategien für den Key Account entwickeln und gemeinsame Projekte mit innovativen Videolösungen unterstützen.
  • Kundenbindung: Sie werden regelmäßige Kundenbesuche durchführen und enge Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden aufbauen.
  • Kundenausbau: Sie werden strategische Endkunden entwickeln und die weltweite Zusammenarbeit koordinieren.
  • Projektunterstützung: Sie werden Planern bei der technischen Spezifikation in Ausschreibungen für Großprojekte unterstützen.
  • Marktanalyse: Sie werden den Markt analysieren und über Markttrends und Endkundenbedürfnisse berichten.
  • Teamarbeit: Sie werden in einem erfolgreichen Team vor Ort arbeiten und sich mit unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen austauschen.
Qualifikationen
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im deutschen Security Markt und Kenntnisse von Videoüberwachungslösungen sowie Vertrieb und Business Development in den Bereichen: Öffentliche Hand, kritische Infrastruktur, Industrie und Retail sind wünschenswert. Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS Office-Anwendungen, CRM Systemen. Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, zielorientierte, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Starke Kommunikation und Verhandlungssicherheit im Gespräch mit Stakeholdern sowie Teamfähigkeit. Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Partnerbesuche.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
