Position: Customer Care Specialist

At Chrono24, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to watch enthusiasts across the globe. Our mission is to ensure that every customer enjoys a seamless buying experience. As a Customer Care Specialist focusing on Spanish-speaking clients, you will address inquiries related to our luxury watch marketplace. Your expertise in managing challenging situations will help you find satisfactory resolutions for all involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an integral member of our dynamic customer relations team, comprised of diverse individuals from various backgrounds.
  • Assist users from German and English-speaking regions with their questions regarding the buying and selling of watches on Chrono24, while also providing support to our Spanish-speaking clientele.
  • Utilize your unique approach to foster enduring business relationships with customers.
  • Handle incoming inquiries through a ticketing system and via phone communication.
  • Guide users through the purchasing process of our Trusted Checkout service, an appealing payment option.
  • Continuously think of ways to enhance Chrono24 and our customer service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills that resonate with customers, both over the phone and through email correspondence.
  • Proficient in German, English, and Spanish, with strong written and verbal capabilities.
  • A proactive mindset, excellent teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or call center environments is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn about new topics are welcomed, making this role suitable for both seasoned professionals and newcomers.
  • Comprehensive training on luxury watches will be provided, ensuring you are well-equipped for the role.
