Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Luftfracht-Import-Spezialisten (m/w/d), der sich für die Herausforderung der Luftfracht-Import-Abwicklung begeistert.
Deine Aufgaben- Die operative Abwicklung von Luftfracht-Importsendungen, einschließlich der Abfertigung von AOG-Sendungen im abwechselnden Notfalldienst, auch an Wochenenden.
- Die Erstellung von Angeboten für Bestandskunden und auf ad-hoc-Basis.
- Die Auftragserfassung und -bearbeitung in CW1.
- Die eigenständige Koordination und Planung der Vorläufe.
- Die Abwicklung, einschließlich Abrechnung und Verbuchung der Eingangs- und Ausgangsbelege.
- Die Kundenbetreuung und Reklamationsbearbeitung.
- Die Korrespondenz mit nationalen und internationalen DSV-Niederlassungen.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Umschulung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Luftfrachtsendungen im Import.
- Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und sicheres Auftreten sowie Service- und Kundenorientierung.
- Sicheres Zeitmanagement, Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Idealerweise bereits vorhanden: gültige Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP) und gültige Luftsicherheitsschulung.
