Quality Assurance Manager

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor suppliers' QA/QC programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and conduct internal quality audits and external supplier assessments, and follow up on non-conformances.
  • Review installation checklists, ITPs, and package documentation for acceptance and sign-off.
  • Evaluate the quality of technical programs and the effectiveness of corrective actions. Draft and publish audit and assessment reports.
  • Identify and follow up on observations during construction walks and coordinate inspections and reports with the project team, subcontractors, and the client.
Your Expertise
  • Several years of technical experience in the engineering/construction industry with expertise in the development, review, and implementation of procedures.
  • Extensive experience in quality management on large engineering/construction projects.
  • Experience in installation and finishes with excellent subject matter expertise.
  • Strong project planning skills and the ability to prepare clear and comprehensive reports.
  • Qualification in ISO 9001:2015 IRCA Lead Auditor course.
  • Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel.
