Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Configuration Management (CM) department at our Immenstaad site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and specify knowledge management interfaces (internal and external)
  • Create knowledge management plans in German and English
  • Develop product structures (identification of configuration units and mapping in the knowledge management tools)
  • Ensure the application of the configuration process
  • Implement release boards (RBs)
  • Create baselines and construction status specifications
  • Implement internal and external change management (change control boards)
  • Create evaluations and status presentations
  • Collaborate in internal and external international project teams
  • Coordinate subcontractors and customers
  • Further develop the knowledge management system

Requirements

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering or comparable
  • Experience in project management, configuration management, and various knowledge management standards (ISO 10007, EIA-649)
  • Experience in software configuration management and production processes is advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and Serena Business Manager / Dimensions advantageous
  • Ability and social competence to implement or introduce knowledge management specifications
  • Ability to make presentations to international customers and partners
  • Ability to work in a team and compromise, but also assertiveness and initiative as well as negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal / external)
  • Fluent German and good English skills
