Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking a skilled and driven Contract Management Specialist. The ideal candidate should take pleasure in drafting, revising, tracking, and archiving contracts while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. This role involves working alongside multiple functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all contractual obligations. We are looking for a collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a high level of precision in the development and upkeep of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex and critical contract administration activities related to overall contract management efforts. Coordinate and advise functional teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product Management, and Quality) to ensure a timely and efficient feedback process for contract execution. Prepare contract documents and files, organizing and maintaining them to document contract fulfillment and compliance (including support for the implementation of IT systems and new AI tools). Ensure that the necessary internal approvals are obtained prior to contract execution. Develop policies and guidelines to implement efficient legal counsel for the Automotive business unit in the EMEA region. Assist in the preparation and execution of compliance training for employees. Support the analysis of contract requirements, special provisions, and terms to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures. Create audit files for each contract, including the original contract, all correspondence, amendments/deviations, addendums, or clarifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Law, preferably with a legal or related background. A minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant professional experience in contract management and legal administration. Proficient in English and German (both spoken and written). Knowledge of French or another significant European language is a considerable advantage. Strong organizational skills, ability to maintain digital records, and a keen eye for detail. Proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; technically savvy and open to AI solutions. A strong interest in legal matters within a commercial context, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
