- Development and implementation of multi-year sourcing strategies for commodities, suppliers, and parts/services
- Collaboration with cross-functional partners to align strategy and execution
- Competitive bid, negotiation, and contracting processes for commodities and services
- Focus on procurement competencies, cost savings analysis, and compliance with policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of spare parts and assemblies for small series of machines
- Development of new suppliers with a focus on Eastern Europe
- Management of contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers
- Experience with precision mechanics parts and assemblies
- Analysis and realization of cost-saving potentials
- Integration of cost and value analysis
- Monitoring of delivery dates and order specifications
Requirements:
- Completed studies in relevant fields or equivalent education
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP systems
- Language skills in English, German, and additional Eastern European languages
- Strong communication, negotiation, and contract law knowledge
