Bist du bereit, die Effizienz unserer Marketingabläufe zu maximieren?
In der Rolle des Marketing Process Coordinators übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die operativen Abläufe und Werkzeuge innerhalb des Marketingteams. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zu den relevanten Stakeholdern, koordinierst und überwachst die Umsetzung sowie Implementierung von operativen Projekten, Prozessen und Themen. Dabei arbeitest du interdisziplinär mit dem gesamten Marketingteam zusammen und schaffst Transparenz innerhalb des globalen Teams und bereichsübergreifend.
Deine Aufgaben
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Marketing, Produktmarketing, Vertrieb und Agenturen zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Werkzeugen
- Sicherstellung der Qualität aller Marketingabläufe durch Dokumentation und Schulungen für das Marketing- und Vertriebsteam
- Identifikation von Engpässen, Ineffizienzen oder Verbesserungspotenzial in den täglichen Abläufen durch Daten- und Prozessanalysen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Marketing und der Sales Operations zur Evaluierung neuer Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung von Konvertierungsraten und Leadqualität
- Unterstützung des Reportings für alle Marketingaktivitäten entlang der Customer Journey
Dein Profil
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing Operations oder in einer vergleichbaren Marketing- oder Vertriebsrolle (mindestens 2-3 Jahre) – idealerweise im B2B-Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Inbound-Marketing- und Automatisierungsstrategien
- Vertrautheit mit gängigen Marketingplattformen wie Hubspot. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z.B. MS Dynamics) und Vertriebstools wie Zoominfo sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Stakeholdern aller Ebenen zu interagieren
- Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent, um den Überblick über verschiedene Aufgaben zu behalten
- Sehr gute schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
