We are seeking a

Maintenance Manager / Property Care Specialist

in Weil am Rhein

Your Responsibilities

• You will represent Vonovia as the property owner on site and serve as the first point of contact for our tenants.
• You will conduct security checks (visual and functional inspections).
• You will be available to our tenants for any issues or concerns related to living.
• You will ensure that order and cleanliness are maintained in the residential complexes.
• You will monitor and document the work of our internal and external service providers (e.g. maintenance of outdoor areas, staircase cleaning, winter maintenance).
• Your tasks on site will also include conducting tenant meetings, mediating tenant disputes, and accepting and handing over our apartments.

Your Profile

• You have a completed commercial education and bring an interest in technical tasks.
• In addition, initial work experience in the housing industry is desirable.
• You have good German language skills in writing and speaking, and additional foreign language skills are an asset.
• You have basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• You hold a valid class B driver's license.
• You possess excellent customer service and customer orientation, a secure demeanor, conflict resolution skills, and assertiveness, rounding out your profile.
