Quality Control Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Bertrandt. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a designated customer portfolio, responsible for quality assurance and control of our products and processes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute quality-related tasks, including customer audits, first-article inspections, and customer releases.
  • Process and resolve customer complaints and quality-related issues.
  • Coordinate and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery capability.
  • Initiate and coordinate problem-solving processes, both internally and across locations.
  • Provide quality reports to the Quality Management team.
  • Manage costs related to warranty claims.

Requirements:

  • Technical education and training as a master or technician, or equivalent qualification.
  • First-hand experience in quality assurance and the automotive industry, with customer-facing skills.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and prioritize customer needs.
  • Reliability, stress tolerance, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
  • Occasional travel; valid driver's license (Class B).
