AufgabenAls Information Security Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Pflege und Verbesserung von Ratepay's Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Überprüfung und Pflege von Richtlinien und Prozessen zur Risikobewältigung.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Die Sicherstellung, dass interne und externe Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
- Die Unterstützung der Ratepay-Teams bei der Umsetzung von Anforderungen.
- Die Durchführung von externen und internen Audits.
- Die Verantwortung für das Information Risk Management von Ratepay.
- Die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit allen Ratepay-Abteilungen.
- Die Stärkung der Informationssicherheitskultur und das Bewusstsein bei Ratepay.
- Die Unterstützung aller Teams bei der Dokumentation ihrer Prozesse.
Wir suchen nach jemandem, der:
- Deutschkenntnisse für den professionellen regulatorischen Kontext besitzt.
- Kenntnisse in Information Security Management Systems hat.
- Tiefes Verständnis von Information Risk Management besitzt.
- Breites Wissen in verschiedenen IT-Bereichen (z.B. Cloud, Infrastruktur, Softwareentwicklung) hat.
- Vertrautheit mit relevanten Sicherheitsrahmenwerken (z.B. ISO 27001, DORA, ZAIT) besitzt.
- Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner Second-Line-Audits hat.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Prüfern, Muttergesellschaft oder Regulierungsbehörden) besitzt.
