Job Title: Chief Information Security Strategist

Oetker Digital GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Strategist to drive the digital transformation of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and risk management, with experience in developing and implementing comprehensive security programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic information security program aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Manage and assist in the development of information security policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Provide guidance and counsel to senior management and staff on information security and risk management
  • Work with business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes
  • Oversee incident response planning and investigation of security breaches
  • Manage daily operations and execution for information security, disaster recovery, and IT risk management

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management, information security, and IT
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management
  • Knowledge of information security frameworks and compliance practices
  • Experience with Cloud platforms security
