YOUR ROLE:

As an Entry-Level Social Media Strategist at JOLI BERLIN GmbH, you will become an integral part of our dynamic team.

JOLI BERLIN GmbH is a premier consulting agency specializing in digital brand communication with a strong emphasis on social media. As a member of the Joli Group, renowned for its innovative approach in the digital landscape, we collaborate with our client companies to enhance and optimize their social media presence. We provide tailored solutions that cater to the unique needs of each brand, assisting them in effectively and purposefully shaping their digital communication. We are currently seeking a candidate for the following responsibilities:

  • Crafting customized social media strategies and creative concept ideas.
  • Assisting our clients in the creation and optimization of social media content.
  • Continuously monitoring performance through relevant KPIs and generating regular reports.
  • Conducting market and community analyses to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Contributing to the strategic planning and execution of workshops focused on social media strategies and trends.
  • Participating in client workshops and production days to implement strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with social media platforms to leverage roadmaps.
  • Ongoing market observation and analysis of competitive activities.
YOUR PROFILE:

What you bring to the table:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Initial experience (approximately one year) in the social media sector.
  • A strong interest in digital media and current marketing trends.
  • Active engagement and awareness of trends on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., using Capcut).
  • Proficiency in Google Tools and MS Office (Sheets/Word, Tables/Excel, Presentations/PowerPoint).
  • A keen eye for design, particularly in presentations.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Initiative and an organized, independent work style.
  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both German and English.
