About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team at Scholz & Friends. As a key member of our Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing integrated social media strategies that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the wider Strategy team in developing and executing social media strategies that align with business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Design, and Project Management, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with account managers and senior strategists to brief creatives and develop compelling social media content
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends, and apply this knowledge to inform social media strategies
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on social media best practices and platform-specific features

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for social media and a strong understanding of its role in driving business results. You should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, including their features and capabilities, as well as experience in developing and executing social media strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features and capabilities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
