Job Title: Global Process Owner for Business Partner Data

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Owner for Business Partner Data to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and governing global process standards for business partner master data maintenance.

Your Role:

As our Global Process Owner, you will work closely with our Shared Service Center team to drive continuous business partner data maintenance process improvements. You will be responsible for managing the teams in our Shared Service Centers in Belgrade, Cebu, and Costa Rica, and will work with our Product Owners to ensure seamless process execution.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement global process standards for business partner master data maintenance
  • Drive continuous business partner data maintenance process improvements
  • Manage teams in Shared Service Centers in Belgrade, Cebu, and Costa Rica
  • Set goals and monitor performance of SSC locations
  • Provide training and performance management for SSC teams
  • Standardize reports for performance measurement of SSCs
  • Develop working instructions for SSC teams
Your Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong stakeholder focus and communication skills
  • Good understanding of process development and optimization
  • Professional English language skills
  • Project management skills (nice to have)
