Claims Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Claims Coordinator to support our team in our Logistics Center in Leipzig.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with international suppliers regarding complaint processing, including goods evaluation
  • Collaborate with Incoming Goods and Buying Team, Customer Care, and Personal Shopper Team
  • Coordinate exchanges and returns of goods on commission
  • Create shipment and customs documents, pack returns, and control reviewed returns
  • Process credit notes and replacement deliveries

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed relevant commercial education
  • Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills with external partners, negotiation skills, discretion, and diligence
  • Ability to concentrate, focus, and work passionately, with loyalty
