Junior Claims Coordinator (f/m/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Junior Claims Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our logistics team in Leipzig.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage communication with our international suppliers regarding complaint processing and product evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with our Incoming Goods and Purchasing Team, as well as Customer Care and Personal Shopper Teams.
  • Oversee the coordination of product exchanges and returns on consignment.
  • Prepare shipment and customs documentation, pack returns, and control the quality of returned items.
  • Handle credit notes and replacement shipments efficiently.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed relevant commercial training.
  • Proficient in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with external partners, along with negotiation skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain focus, work passionately, and demonstrate loyalty.
