Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Claims Coordinator to join our Logistics team at Mytheresa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the processing of complaints, evaluating goods, and ensuring seamless communication with international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Correspond with international suppliers regarding complaint processing and good evaluation
  • Collaborate closely with the Incoming Goods and Buying Team, Customer Care, and Personal Shopper Team
  • Coordinate exchanges of goods and returns on commission
  • Create shipment and customs documents, pack returns, and control reviewed returns
  • Process credit notes and replacement deliveries

Requirements

  • Completed relevant commercial education
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills with external partners, negotiation skills, discretion, and diligence
  • Ability to concentrate, focus, and work passionately, as well as loyalty
