As a key player in our organization, you will assist the Compliance Manager in overseeing the implementation and operation of our Data Protection Management System. Your role will encompass:
- Point of Contact: Serving as the primary liaison for all data protection inquiries from the local team.
- Project Oversight: Supporting digital transformation initiatives with a focus on data protection compliance.
- Assessment Execution: Conducting thorough data protection evaluations, reviewing compliance measures, and assessing current practices against data protection regulations.
- Community Engagement: Actively participating in TK's Data Protection Community.
- Privacy Implementation: Establishing a sustainable privacy-by-design framework, analyzing data protection contracts, and generating regular compliance reports for stakeholders.
- Record Maintenance: Managing the Register of Processing Activities for the local entity.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A university degree in law, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Data Protection Certification.
- Substantial experience in legal consultation, particularly in data protection law.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in evaluating complex IT systems and analyzing data protection processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with other software such as SAP.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to responsibility.
- Experience collaborating with internationally distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German, complemented by a solution-oriented mindset.
