Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily functions of the Supplier Engagement team, which includes but is not limited to:
- Monitoring and reporting on essential business KPIs; analyzing trends and providing insights based on the team's performance data.
- Planning for capacity; organizing, prioritizing, managing workload demands, and allocating resources effectively to meet objectives.
- Implementing performance management strategies through constructive feedback, employee recognition, rewards, and development plans for high-performing individuals.
- Fostering innovation and enhancing the efficiency of business processes to improve quality, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Serving as an escalation point for supplier/client inquiries, conducting thorough investigations for deeper insights following escalations from clients and suppliers.
- Developing new operational guidelines and continuously refining existing processes.
- Leading weekly team meetings and engaging in bi-weekly one-on-one sessions with team members as necessary.
Qualifications
