Job Title: Head of Climate Policy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Climate Policy Team. As the Head of Climate Policy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing climate policy strategies that align with our organization's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of climate policy strategies that contribute to our organization's mission and vision.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Climate Policy Team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that climate policy strategies are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest climate policy developments and trends, and provide recommendations to the organization on how to adapt and respond.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as climate science, policy, or international relations.
  • At least 10 years of experience in climate policy, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective climate policy strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
