Role Overview

This position is responsible for the effective implementation of HR strategies across designated business sectors, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. Utilizing key performance indicators and a comprehensive understanding of business operations, the role focuses on crafting tailored solutions and driving innovation. Key responsibilities encompass employee retention, career advancement, performance evaluation, compliance oversight, and employee relations management.

Additional duties include the development and facilitation of training programs, project management, and fostering relationships with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Administer disciplinary actions in accordance with the Documentation & Termination System
  • Assist in the development and updating of policies specific to the region
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies through ongoing training and auditing
  • Collaborate with store management to implement initiatives that enhance business outcomes (Talent Management, Career Development, Compliance Management)
  • Engage in negotiations with the works council and joint works council, including drafting company agreements
  • Attend meetings with the works council and joint works council
  • Facilitate communication with the works council and joint works council
  • Full-time position (Remote)

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
