Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Supplier Engagement Team as a Supplier Engagement Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management and internal process optimization while contributing to the development of resources that enhance our supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of supplier resources, including guides, manuals, documentation, and training materials.
- Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline supplier engagement and internal workflows.
- Utilize Excel proficiency to support our processes and data integration.
- Collect and analyze feedback from suppliers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall supplier experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding supplier processes and expectations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a German university or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in supplier management and process optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent business English, with other languages a strong plus.
