Account Director

As a key member of our sales team, the Account Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Track and analyze sales performance using Salesforce and other tools.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely information to management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix management model.
