Account Director

Drive sales revenue growth by promoting Zayo's products and services to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present proposals and manage the sales process with customers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to secure existing revenue and acquire new accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goals are met.
  • Track and analyze sales performance using Salesforce and other tools to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven relationship-building skills and strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix management model.
