Job Title: Support Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Desk Analyst to join our team at N Consulting Ltd.

Location: Wiesbaden, Germany (with occasional travel)

Language: German (B2-C2 level required)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide advanced technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  2. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and collaborate on resolutions
  3. Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and best practices
  4. Update and create knowledge articles to improve user self-service capabilities
  5. Manage and troubleshoot Windows PCs and mobile devices
  6. Configure and set up laptops for new users
  7. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  8. Collaborate with internal IT on network equipment deployments
  9. Assist in installing firewalls, switches, and access points
  10. Apply basic to intermediate level networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and NTP
  11. Understand network topology and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes
  12. Have 2-3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  13. Take lead or initiative in resolving issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  1. Intermediate level understanding of network topology
  2. Able to troubleshoot network issues to identify root causes
  3. 2-3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365
  4. Basic to intermediate level experience working with networks
  5. Ability to physically connect devices and trace issues from user endpoint to Demarc
