Key Responsibilities:- Manage project finances, costs, and schedules, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with technical project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project structure data in commercial systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and analyze project metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide financial support to technical project managers, acting as a liaison with other commercial departments.
- Assist in risk, contract, and claim management, working closely with the technical project management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in commercial project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management and control systems skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated reliability, independence, and resilience, with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to travel to workshop locations in the Northern region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with SAP is an asset.
