About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hacon Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH. As a Project Manager for Funding Projects, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating national and international funding projects from proposal writing to project completion. This includes monitoring project success, generating status reports, and providing proactive recommendations to ensure timely and comprehensive delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Report project status to the EU/national ministries and represent the project at conferences and meetings.
- Identify potential innovative projects and solutions in collaboration with the development team.
- Moderate project meetings within the consortium of over 20 partners, identifying changes in the project scope and developing interdisciplinary and technical solution strategies with the project team.
- Plan and execute projects within a consortium, focusing on performance and quality while adhering to cost and time schedules.

Requirements

- Experience in working on national and international funding projects is desirable.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using project management methods and tools, such as Jira.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German.
