Your Responsibilities
  • You will facilitate collaboration between internal project teams and external partners for a significant infrastructure initiative
  • Your initial three months will be spent in Cologne, after which you may work from any of our 13 locations or remotely
  • You will implement agile project management techniques and BIM methodologies, leading workshops to assess opportunities and risks
  • You will ensure ongoing reporting of project progress and document achievements
  • You will oversee the timely and quality delivery of services by all alliance partners and assist the internal PMO and alliance partner project management
Your Qualifications
  • You possess a degree in engineering (e.g., civil engineering, infrastructure engineering)
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a civil engineer in the planning of construction or infrastructure projects
  • You are experienced in establishing and managing complex projects
  • You are an effective communicator and thrive in a team environment
  • You approach work in a methodical manner and are open to tackling challenges
  • You are interested in collaborating with us under a project contract or permanent employment
