Global Financial Strategy Partner

Driving innovation through financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reports as well as comprehensive financial statements for the Freudenberg Group in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Aid in the development of management reports and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Continuously assess business performance across Freudenberg's international subsidiaries, utilizing corporate key performance indicators.
  • Serve as a financial partner for subsidiaries, focusing on accounting and controlling functions.
  • Engage in both strategic and operational planning processes.
  • Conduct profitability assessments and other financial analyses as required.
  • Oversee weekly sales and order reporting activities.
  • Assist with cost center reporting for holdings.
  • Support cash management, risk assessment, and transfer pricing documentation efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration or relevant commercial training.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in accounting and/or controlling within an international context.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • A results-driven and efficient work approach.
  • A self-reliant yet collaborative working style.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (HGB, IFRS, Tax).
  • Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management is preferred.
  • Ideally, a solid understanding of SAP FI/CO.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
