About the Role:

  • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports for the SurTec Group division, adhering to IFRS standards.
  • Monitor business development in international subsidiaries, utilizing corporate key performance metrics.
  • Act as a strategic business partner for subsidiaries, providing expertise in Accounting and Controlling.
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the weekly sales and order reporting process.
  • Support the holdings cost center reporting and cash control processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Studies or Commercial Training.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Controlling in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Goal-oriented and efficient work style, with a strong focus on teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Accounting (HGB, IFRS, Tax) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English language skills.
