About the Role:

  • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports for the SurTec Group division, adhering to IFRS standards.
  • Monitor business development in international subsidiaries, utilizing corporate key control metrics.
  • Act as a business partner for subsidiaries, providing expertise in Accounting and Controlling.
  • Participate in strategic and operative planning, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Prepare profitability analyses and other financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the weekly sales and order reporting process.
  • Support the holdings cost center reporting and cash control functions.
  • Contribute to risk management and transfer price documentation.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Business studies or commercial training.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and/or controlling in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial issues clearly.
  • A goal-oriented and efficient work style.
  • Independent, team-oriented working approach.
  • Proficiency in Accounting (HGB, IFRS, Tax).
  • Desirable: strong user expertise in Hyperion Financial Management.
  • Ideally, possess substantiated knowledge in SAP FI/CO.
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
