Job Description

We're seeking an ambitious and experienced digital marketer to lead our marketing efforts as Head of Digital Marketing. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets key audiences.
  • Campaign Development and Data Utilization: Build and leverage data-driven marketing campaigns that utilize intent data to target and engage key accounts effectively.
  • Ownership of Paid Acquisition Channels: Manage and optimize paid social, paid search, and display advertising campaigns to drive high-quality leads and revenue.
  • Ownership of Organic Channels: Drive engagement and brand awareness through organic social strategies and employee advocacy programs, and optimize website content and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase inbound traffic.
  • Website Management: Serve as the primary owner of the website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, lead conversion, and search engine visibility.
  • Nurture Programs: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and campaigns.
  • HubSpot and Tracking Data: Manage HubSpot and other marketing tools to ensure accurate data tracking.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience within B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue
  • Core channel experience in organic search (SEO), paid search (PPC), and paid social
  • Experience with key tools and platforms, including marketing automation, analytics, and SEO tools
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
