Freight Forwarding Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at DP World Australia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
