**Job Summary**

HYXiPOWER is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining market presence in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.

5. Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

3. Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
