Institutional Client Sales Executive in Hamburg

GBE brokers Ltd. is recognized as a rapidly expanding entity within the financial sector. Our services are primarily directed towards German-speaking private and institutional clients who seek to engage in Forex and CFD trading. Through our institutional brand, GBE Prime, we also facilitate connections for international financial service providers to our trading liquidity.
Key ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview
We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Manager. The individual in this role will be tasked with identifying and acquiring new clients globally through various outreach methods, including cold calling and professional networking platforms, while also managing incoming leads and participating in the company's business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. This position is integral to the business development team, involves meeting performance objectives, and will report directly to the CEO.
Main Responsibilities
- Expand the client portfolio and enhance revenue streams
- Promote and sell the company's financial products to prospective clients
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within organizations
- Focus on customer retention and explore upselling opportunities within the existing client base
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients and ascertain their specific needs
- Collaborate with external partners and maintain strong professional relationships
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in industry events and conferences
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial markets and the Forex industry
- Stay informed about the company's offerings and upcoming product releases
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable sales role
- Proficient in using CRM systems, tracking leads, and achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling
- Ability to establish relationships swiftly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks
- Familiarity with Forex and related software is advantageous
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in written and spoken English
